Terms and Conditions

To secure your training course, transactions must either be paid by BACS, Paypal, invoice, cheque or in advance by any of the stated methods. If training courses are paid in advanced then the booking is secure. If payment is paid after the training is complete then a maximum of 28 days is given in which payment must reach our account.  A purchase order will have to be raised in advance for payments to reach promptly.
If payment is late then interest is payable. 

Late payments are changed at interest rate plus, reference rate on top of the daily rate.

When you book a course and /or training, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.

We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services, with the highest integrity and professionalism.  All trainers will be qualified and those that work with children / young people under the age of sixteen and vulnerable adults will have a clean Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.

Warning: The information, techniques and exercises provided with any training are for educational purposes only. Do not use the techniques or exercises contained within some of the training if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric condition. The information provided is not a substitute for official medical advice. If in doubt, please consult your doctor or licensed medical practitioner.

If a participant requests a transfer to an alternative course and the request is received within 30 days of the original course start date there will be an administration charge of £100 for any course Training. If a participant fails to attend the course all fees are forfeited.
Cancellation of a booking is subject to the following charge:
  * More than 4 weeks                 - No payment
  * 3-4 weeks                             - 50%
  * Less then 3 weeks                  - 100%

Company reserves the right to change dates and venues.  Sev Necati Training reserves the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability.

Any such information ("sensitive information") will only be dealt with as described below.
It may be that you provide to us details of credit or debit cards or bank accounts in order to make payments to us. Any such information ("confidential financial information") will be dealt with as described below.
We may use personal information collected about you to personalise your visits to our website and recommend services to you. We also use the information to help us develop the design and layout of our website to ensure that our sites are as useful and enjoyable as possible.
